Abstract:
In order to allocate medical resources reasonably and ensure medical equity,this paper proposes a representation of medical resources demand based on the CP-nets model from the perspective of medical resources reasonable configuration.Considering the facts that the highest overall efficiency of medical institutions and its internal competition for resources,the CP-nets' strong dominance test and improved dominance test are adopted to process demand data.The data are obtained that can be used to allocate medical resources.This paper proposes a medical resource allocation algorithm based on the CP-nets model,and then the borda count and weighted set cover are also used to expand applicable range of CP-nets.When aiming to maximize the total benefit society,the experimental results prove that the weighted set covering algorithm with the dominant strategy employed herein not only has the best performance but also can be suitable for the more large-scale data.
