Abstract:
Based on the process model,the data reconciliation technology can be used to get more reliable and consistent data.Because of the large number of process variables in the real heat exchanger network,the material constraint model and the energy constraint model are built automatically based on the characteristics of the heat exchanger.Through the bilinear orthogonal transformation method,variables are classified and the data reconciliation is discussed in terms of an application to an industrial heat exchanger network.Finally,the redundant measured temperature and flow variables are reconciled,and the unmeasured variables are estimated.
