Abstract:
A hierarchical index system corresponding to system performance,inherent capability,combat capability,operational adaptability and system of system(SoS)encounter is constructed based on the guidance model of effectiveness evaluation index system to evaluate the effectiveness of engineering reconnaissance equipment systems.Combining with a simulation evaluation process,the evaluation content and support relationships of system single-item effectiveness,system effectiveness,operational effectiveness and SoS effectiveness are analyzed.Taking the reconnaissance of terrain engineering as an example,a hierarchical framework of effectiveness evaluation of engineering reconnaissance equipment systems for simulation evaluation is established.Application practice shows that the framework can effectively guide the simulation based evaluation of engineering reconnaissance equipment systems.
