Abstract:
A mathematical model between the design variables,the error variables and the objective function is built using neural network method based on a structural finite element dynamic model of a gun aiming at the multi-objective optimization problem of cradle carriage of the gun.A two-layer optimization method is used to solve the uncertainty optimization problem of the structure and size of the cradle carriage with the mass and the muzzle disturbance as the goals,and the material property parameter errors such as elastic modulus,density and Poisson’s ratio are considered.Most of the optimization results of this method are higher than those of the existing optimization methods because the design variables are adjusted by the midpoint and radius of the object function interval,and this method is more steady and reliable.
