Abstract:
Aiming at the uncontrollability hindrance of service cooperation processes across management domains,the theory of social dependence representation is innovated to support cooperation state change and process evolution. A cooperation process governing architecture is proposed based on social dependence evolution networks(SDEN),including a SDEN composed by social dependence norms,rational agents performing norms driven by cooperation process self-management mechanism,a community cooperation supervision system consisting of social commitments,commitment supervision and reputation management. The experimental results show that this cooperation process governing architecture and method can proactively detect and handle abnormal service such as node failures,service timeout,service interruption,and payment violation during the cooperation execution,and the cooperation process across management domains is predictable,controllable and trusted.
