Abstract:
The classification of automotive parts suppliers is studied. In view of the present situation of the current supplier management and evaluation to qualitative analysis,combined with features of auto parts supply,quality evaluation,evaluation of commerce,development and comprehensive ability of three dimensions,ten secondary indicators of auto parts supplies provider evaluation system are built. Based on CA company supplier data,according to the set of typical sample classification information,the TOPSIS method is used to determine the weight of each index. Supplier classification category judgment is treated. The method provides a more favorable basis for the selection,management,supervision,improvement and other activities of automobile parts suppliers.
