摘要:
FMS装卸工作站为加工单元提供已装夹好的工件/夹具/托盘组件,工作台上的工件托盘由运输小车与工作台自动对接与交换完成,但是对工件的装夹仍需手工操作。因此要求FMS装卸工作站计算机控制系统(FMS-LUCCS)提供各种加工零件夹具拼装图的计算机图形显示。该文论述了FMS-LUCCS的图形显示处理方法和若干基本的图形显示控制功能。该方法已成功地应用于某FMS柔性实验中心的FMS装卸站计算机控制系统中
Abstract:
T he main task of lo ading and unloading w ork-stat ion in FMS is to load and unlo ad combined elements of w or kpiece, f ixture, pallet for w or king cell . T he connect ion betw een w o rking table and w o rkpiece pallet on it is automat ically accomplished by t ranspor ting t ruck, but loading and unloading w orkpiece are done by hand. T herefore, computer contr olling system for loading and unloading w o rk-station in FMS ( FMS-LU CCS ) is asked to display v ariety o f f ix ture-tog ether-fig ure of w orkpieces to be pro cessed by computer . Tr eatment o f g raph display and several fundamental funct ions of gr aph display contr ol in FMS-LU CCS are int roduced herein. The methods have been applied to the FMSLUCCS of a FMS ex periment system successfully .
