摘要:
建立自行炮车体有限元模型的目的在于对其进行动力特性分析和求解动力响应,并作为地炮动力学仿真的重要组成部分。该文在一些假设的基础上运用Ideas软件建立了某型自行榴弹炮车体的有限元模型。建模中,把车体骨架简化为梁系,车体甲板以板单元模拟,发动机、变速箱等主要部件作为集中质量处理,并采用主从自由度法考虑了加强筋与甲板的连接问题,以辐射状的梁系模拟了炮塔和底盘的关系。最后,求出了比较符合实际的车体固有频率及振型
Abstract:
T he aim of creating finite element mo del o f the hull of self-propelled gun is to analyze dynamic propert ies of the hul l, to est imate it s dynamic response, and it is an impor tant part of the gr ound gun simulat ion. T he finite element mo del o f the hull is const ructed on the basis o f some assumpt ions in this paper. In the model, reinforced steel and pillars of the hull are simplified as a spacing beam sy stem, plate armours of the hull are simulated by plate elements, such main component s as engine and t ransmission are consider ed to be lumped masses, co nnect ions among plate armours and f ramew ork are dealt w ith the composition of plate element and beam element by means of the method of master - slav e DOF and the r elat ionship betw een turret and chassis is consider ed as r adiate beam sy stem. Some pract ical and inberent frequencies and mode shapes o f the hull ar e wo rked out in the end.
