摘要:
多碱阴极制备中,中间层的形成是一个重要的工艺过程,其质量好坏直接关系到成品阴极。该文利用自动光谱测试仪研究了多碱光电阴极制备中的光谱响应,初步分析了中间层光谱响应的规律及其对成品阴极光谱响应的影响,指出形成高质量阴极必须有良好的中间层结构。对如何进一步揭示中间层与成品阴极定性关系,文中给出具体的实施方法。
Abstract:
T he middle layer is a very impor tant pr ocedure for making the mul tialkali photocathode. In this paper, the spect ral responses in the manufactur e procedur e of mult ialkali photocathode are researched w ith the automat ic spect rum-test ing device, the law of the middle layers’spectr al responses and it s influence upon the produced cathode are analyzed at the same time. It is concluded that a g ood middle layer is necessary for producing hig h quant ity catho de. In the end, a w ay w as given as to establishing the qualitat ive relatio nship betw een the middle lay er and the produced cathode.
