摘要:
先进制造系统的发展对过程监控的实时性和智能化提出了越来越高的要求。该文在分析传统监控方法的基础上,深入分析探讨了基于神经网络的制造系统状态监控系统的实时性和智能化问题,具体讨论了BP网用于柔性制造系统(FMS)实时智能监控的应用,并给出了一个应用实例,说明了神经网络在先进制造系统实时智能监控系统研究中的应用。
Abstract:
With the development o f Adv anced Manufacturing System , the real- t ime and intell ig ent monitoring of manufacturing pro cess is mor e and more required. On the basis of analy sing t radit ional monito ring metho ds. This paper discussed r eal-t ime and intelligence of status monitor ing system based o n neural netwo rks in Advanced Manufacturing System and the BP netw ork used to accomplish real- time intellig ent monito ring sy stem of FMS and it s pr opert ies. Finally , a concr ete example is given to show it s use in the research of real- t ime and intelligent monito ring .
