摘要:
简单介绍了柔性加工系统(FMS)的概念和组成,以及本系统中装卸工作站的要求。归纳了工业设计理论发展、充实、完善的过程。提出了现代工业设计应遵循工业设计三原则,针对不同产品,从里到外,从外到里,反复设计的观点。论述了这一设计理论在FMS装卸工作站设计中的实践。最后说明实践成果。
Abstract:
In this paper , a brief account w as given as to the def init io ns and the components of the f lex ible manufactory sy stem, and the requirement s o f the lo ading stat ion in this sy stem. T he process of developing , enriching , and perfect ing the industr ial design theories w as summarized. It pointed out the view of three indust rial design principles that should be follow ed by the mo dern indust rial desig ners and the view of alternat ive designing fo r the dif ferent pr oduct s f rom out to inor vice versa. It focused o n the prat ice of apply ing this desig n theory in the design pro cess of the FMS loading stat io n. Finally it displayed the po sit ive applicat ion result s.
