摘要:
以中试湿壁塔为基础, 一个通用型湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD) 模型被发展。该模型包含一个总反应器模型和4 个速率控制步骤, 即SO2 的吸收、HSO -3 的氧化、石灰石的溶解和石膏的结晶。WFGD 中所有重要的组分: SO2( g) 、SO2( aq) 、HSO -3 、 SO 2- 3 、HSO -4 、SO 2- 4 、CO2( g) 、CO2( aq) 、HCO -3 、CO 2- 3 、Ca 2+ 、CaCO3( s) 、Mg 2+ 、O2( g) 、 O2( aq) 、CaSO4·2H2O、H2O、H+ 和OH- 均在模型中被考虑。该建模方法可应用于其它类型湿法烟气脱硫装置的设计中。
Abstract:
A detailed model of w et g as desulfurization(WFGD) for a pilot-scale w et ted-wall column has been developed. The model included an overall reactor model and four rate determining steps, i. e. absorpt ion of SO2, ox idat ion of HSO- 3 , dissolution of limestone, and crystallisation of gypsum. All important species in WFGD, SO2( g ) , SO2( aq) , HSO - 3 , SO 2- 3 , HSO- 4 , SO 2- 4 , CO2( g) , CO2( aq) ,HCO - 3 , CO 2- 3 , Ca 2+ , CaCO3( s) , Mg 2+ , O2( g) , O2( aq) , CASO4·2H2O( s) ,H2O, H+ and OH- w ere considered in the model. The modelling way mentioned here may be applicable to other w et FGD plant s.
