摘要:
该文论述了机床工艺系统同时存在再生效应、切入效应以及切削力随切削速度增加而减小的切削力下降特性情况下,机床工艺系统稳定性极限条件的公式推导以及稳定性域的判别,揭示了这3 种效应之间内在的关系,以及对稳定性域的影响,为提高机床工艺系统的抗振能力和稳定性提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
In this paper, the stable limiting condit ion is given and the stable region is dist iguished in mechanical technolog y system under the regenerat ion effect , the cutt ing in ef fect and the lower specif ic property of the cutt ing pow er w ith increasing cutt ing velocity . This paper also discusses the inherent relat ions among three effects and the inf luence on the stable region. T he theoretical foundat ion for increasing stability and ability in resistance of v ibrat ion is given herein.
