摘要:
研究在考虑内部工作压力及分层间套合压力时,由多种材料制成的层合圆管中的应力分析方法,可为设计并优化复合层合管结构参数提供有效的理论依据。采用弹性力学理论及正交各向异性材料三维弹性理论,建立复合管的力学模型,分析复合管中各分层的应力及变形,推导出确定各分层界面上法向作用力的方程组
Abstract:
The method of st ress analysis of mult-i layered tube, made of different material, subjected to internal pressure and stress of fit has been invest igated in this paper. The theoreti cal basis has been provided for designing and optimizing st ructure parameter of mult-i layered tube. T he mechanical model of mult-i layered tube has been established applying the linear elast ic theory and elastic theory of three dimension orthotropic material. T he stress and st rain in different layer of mult-i layered tube have been analyzed. T he equat ion of interface normal line force has been derived.
