摘要:
在以往的机床动态性能研究中 ,一般是采用实模态分析方法来分析研究机床的动态特性 ,然而 ,机床结构中存在的阻尼既有材料的内阻尼 ,又有各结合面之间的接触阻尼 ,作用机理很复杂 ,因而 ,用传统的实模态分析法就无法使系统的运动方程解耦。该文应用复模态原理 ,对M7130平面磨床的导轨部件进行了测试 ,结合理论分析 ,对前二阶进行了复模态参数识别 ,并作出了相应的复振型图
Abstract:
In the past study of dynamic proport ies of a machine tool, the method of real modal analysis was used g enerally under supposing proport ional damping. In fact , however, there are material internal damping as well as touching damping betw een the component surfaces in a machine tool st ructure. T he mechanism of their act ion is very complex . So it is impossible to decouple equations of the system mot ion by means of the old method of real modal ana-l ysis. In this paper, by use of the complex modal principle, the way of M7130 surface grinder has been tested. It was combined w ith theoret ical analysis, the complex modal parameters of the first and second order w ere ident if ied and their associated diagrams of the complex mode shapes w ere also done.
