摘要:
该文采用1 3 C NMR研究了溶聚丁苯橡胶微观结构和序列分布 ,考察了微观结构、序列分布对硫化胶物理机械性能、热氧老化性能及磨耗性能的影响。结果表明 :分子链的微观结构对胶料硫化特性及性能均有较大的影响 ,分子链中顺式含量越高 ,硫化速度越快 ;反式含量越高 ,硫化胶拉伸强度越大 ;苯乙烯含量越高 ,滞后损失越大 ,耐磨性越好。
Abstract:
Microst ructure and sequence dist ribut ion of SSBR w ere studied w ith 13 C-NMR. Ef fects of microstructure and sequence dist ribut ion of SBR on the physical properties, thermoxgen and abrasion of SSBR vulcanizates were discussed. It w as found that microstructure of SBR had very important inf luence on cure properties and physical propert ies of SBR compounds. The more the content s of cis-in st ructure, the faster the cure velocity. The more the contents of trans-in st ructure, the hig her the tensile strength. The more the content s of styrene in st ructure, the more hysteresis loss and the bet ter abrasive resistance.
