摘要:
活塞缸是准流体保险机构中重要的机械零件 ,其力学性能对引信功能的影响非常大。若设计不当 ,在弹丸发射过程中缸体变形过大 ,活塞不能正常抽出 ,回转体无法回转 ,就会导致引信失效。该文利用ANSYS软件 ,对活塞缸进行了力学分析 ;并根据计算结果 ,对由活塞缸引起的引信失效原因进行了详细的分析。
Abstract:
Piston jar is the important part of the quas-i fluid safety mechanism. Its mechanics property affect s the fuze’s funct ion great ly. Improper design of the piston jar w ill cause its g reater deformat ion upon firing the project ile, resulting in abnormal ex tract ion of the piston and leading to hard return of the rotor, as a result the fuse failure occurs. T he mechanics analysis is done on the piston jar w ith the ANSYS sof tw are, and the reasons of the fuze failure caused by the piston jar are analyzed in more detail based on calculat ion result s.
