摘要:
对磨削弧区温度进行在线监测 ,是磨削加工自动化中必不可少的重要环节。该文介绍了一个基于人工神经网络 (ANN)的磨削弧区温度在线监测、预报系统。具体给出了监测系统的组成及测温方案 ,并提出了一种更适宜进行动态预报的改进型BP网络作为磨削温度的预报模型。工艺实验证明该系统能够较好地实现磨削温度的在线监测与预报。
Abstract:
On-line monitoring for grinding arc temperature is a necessary and important sect ion to realize automat ion of grinding process. This paper introduces an on-line monitoring system based on art ificial neural netw ork. T he structure of on-line monitoring system, the method of temperature measurement and the detailed monitoring process are also presented. In order to monitor and forecast g rinding arc temperature dynamically, an improved BP netw ork is designed as a temperature forecast ing model. It is proved by technolog ical ex periments that the monitoring system can better realize on-line monitoring and forecast ing for grinding arc temperature.
