摘要:
火炮构件有限元分析的传统方法是对单件进行建模分析 ,不能准确地对炮尾炮闩多零件装配体力学行为进行模拟。该文针对火炮炮尾炮闩机构提出了对其进行装配体有限元分析的方法和建模原理。利用接触元、间隙元和弹簧元等特殊单元 ,对某大口径火炮的炮尾 -闩体 -曲臂机构进行了闭锁状态下装配体有限元建模和分析。为火炮炮尾炮闩设计提供了一个更有效实用的结构校核手段
Abstract:
The traditional practice of finite element analysis of gun components w as on the basis of single part, it cannot accurately simulate the mechanics behavior of some gun components w ith mult iple parts such as breech mechanism. The principle and methodology of assembly level f inite element modeling and analysis of gun breech mechanism w ere put forw ard in this paper. A f inite element modeling and analysis of the assembly of a breech mechanism in locking condit ion w as carried out with special finite element techniques such as contact element , gap e-l ement and spring element . Those yield a more effect ive means for the evaluat ion of strength and st iffness design of g un breech mechanism.
