摘要:
测量微粒粒度分布时 ,其光散射强度空间谱的准确获取以及其数值处理是决定测量精度的关键。研究表明 ,常用的二极管环靶空间分辨率低 ,且在宽信号响应域内响应为非线性 ,而单色线阵图像传感器BW -CCD对大信号响应时会产生响应饱和 ,从而直接影响测量精度。对此 ,该文提出一种以真彩面阵图像传感器3C -CCD作传感器获取图像 ,对大信号单色响应饱和区进行RGB三色均衡拟合 ,有效地解决了大信号饱和问题。通过图像的数值处理 ,最终取得较好的实验结果
Abstract:
In the measuring the dist ribut ion of the part icle’s diameter, it is a key technolog y how to g et a good scattering image and how to process the data of it . T he research shows that there are low er precision and nonlinear response in w ide range when using a SSPD, but for a BW-CCD, there is saturat ion effect for big signal response, so the measuring precision is af fected. In this paper, a color 3C-CCD was used to replace a SSPD or WB-CCD, and the RGB average method w as put forward to solve the problem of the saturat ion. A better result in the experiment w as obtained after data processing.
