摘要:
CCD相关跟踪器被应用在恒星光干涉仪中 ,实现了干涉仪两相干光束平行性的高精度探测与控制。该文描述其数学基础、基本结构、组成、相关处理方法及其应用成果。
Abstract:
The highly accurate test and cont rol of parallel of the two coherent beams of the stellar interferometer by CCD correlat ion t racker have been achieved. In this paper, the mathemat ical base, the constitut ion, the correlat ion processing method, the design and the application of the CCD correlat ion t racker are described.
