摘要:
该文用基于实验设计法的稳健性结构设计方法 ,对结构进行了广义的和狭义的稳健性设计。用 2水平值描述不确定参量的变化幅 ,设计变量则设定为 3水平值 ,以利用实验设计法。通过变化稳健性设计的目标函数中权重系数值 ,实现广义的和狭义的稳健性设计。以典型的三桁架超静定结构问题为算例 ,结果表明广义的稳健性设计目标下结构的稳健性与蒙特卡罗模拟法所得可靠性结果是一致的 ,而狭义的稳健性结构设计则得不到这种有效性。
Abstract:
The robust opt imum design w as made for a structural desig n w ith uncertainties based on the experimental desig n method. The upper and low er 2 levels are used to represent v arying extension of uncertaint ies, and 3 levels are used to represent the upper, mean, and low er v alue in order to ut ilize the ex perimental design method. By chang ing the w eight ing factors in object ive funct ion, the robust desig n w as done in a broad sense and in a narrow sense by a t russ design problem w ith large uncertaint ies . The validity of the robust design in a broad sense was clarif ied through the reliability analysis by Monte Carlo simulation, but there is no effect iveness to the robust structural desig n in a narrow sense.
