摘要:
针对中、小规模生产硬脂酸盐的废水的特点 ,该文提出了一个操作简单、适应能力强、设备投资少的工艺流程。该流程包括投加氧化剂二氧化氯 (或漂白粉 )氧化法去除COD ;投加石灰浆调 pH值法去除废水中的有害重金属离子Pb 2 +、Cd 2 +和Zn 2 +;通入烟道废气中和与投加絮凝剂混凝沉淀法去除废水中的悬浮物并降低废水的含固量等处理步骤 ,同时实现了废水的全面处理和烟道气的除尘、脱硫净化。运行结果表明 ,其处理效果良好。对大、中型硬脂酸盐生产厂的三废治理 ,该工艺亦具有一定的实际参考价值
Abstract:
A comprehensive t reatment procedure for the wastes from stearates production w as proposed. It is composed of several parts, including the removement of the organic pollutants ( COD) in the coaste w ater by ox idat ion w ith 100 mg / L ClO2 dosag e, the removement of the tox ic heavy metals( i. e. , Pb 2+ , Cd 2+ , Zn 2+ ) in the w ater by precipitat ion at the pH of 11 or higher, the removement of the dust and the SO2 in the flue g as by contact w ith the w ater above, and at last , the suspended substances were removed by coagulation. With the simple equipment and the convenient operations, the operat ion results for months have show n that it is effect ive, economical and pract icable.
