摘要:
该文以一种含有大量微气泡、自身敏化的膨化硝酸铵为氧化剂, 以木粉、燃料油和铝粉为还原剂, 制成新型高威力含铝硝铵炸药。通过建构含C、H、O、N、Al 元素工业炸药配方设计及最优化的数学模型, 计算得到含铝硝铵炸药的较佳配方为硝酸铵85. 5 %~ 89. 5 % 、木粉3. 5 %~ 4. 5 %、复合油相2. 0 %~ 3. 0 %、铝粉 5. 0 %~ 7. 0 %。该炸药的爆炸性能为: 装药密度0. 91~ 95 g/ cm3, 爆速3 600~ 3 800 m/ s, 殉爆距离12~ 14 cm, 猛度16~ 17 mm, 作功能力370~ 390 mL。文中还讨论了含铝硝铵炸药中铝粉含量与爆炸性能的关系, 结果显示当铝粉含量为6. 5 % ~ 7. 0 % 时, 炸药作功能力达到最大值。
Abstract:
A new type high st reng th ammonium nitrate pow dery explosive containing aluminium is manufactured by mixing oxidizer, a kind of ex panded ammonium nitrate, which possesses many microholes and sel-f sensitivity, with reducing agent , w hich is the mixture of wood pow der, composite fuel oil and aluminium powder. By mathematical model for prescript ion design and opt imizat ion of the indust rial explosive w hich contains chemical elements such as C, H, O, N, Al and ex perimental research, a good prescription of pow dery ammonium nitrate explosive containing aluminium pow der is obtained, the formulation is expanded ammonium nit rate 85. 5 % ~ 89. 5 % , w ood powder 3. 5 % ~ 4. 5 % , composite fuel oil 2. 0 % ~ 3. 0 %, alumin-i um pow der 5. 0 % ~ 7. 0 % . The explosion property parameters of this kind of commercial explosive are detonation velocity ( 32 mm) 3 600~ 3 800 m/ s, brisance 16. 00~ 17. 00 mm, sensit ivity to initial detonat ion 12~ 14 cm, st rength 370~ 390 mL, charge density 0. 92~ 0. 95 g / cm3. The relat ion betw een the amount of aluminium pow er in ex plosive and explosion property is also discussed in this paper, w hen the amount of aluminium pow er in ammonium nit rate explosive is 6. 5 %~ 7. 0 %, the strength arrives maximum.
