摘要:
该文提出了利用有限元法 ,在考虑几何非线性 ,材料非线性情况下 ,对承受有轴向、横向、转角位移载荷和内压载荷的波纹管进行非线性静力分析 ,描述屈曲前的平衡路径、最终确定屈曲临界载荷 ,比较精确地反映了其力学性能 ,为波纹管的稳定性研究与设计提供了有效手段。
Abstract:
In this paper, stability of bellows is studied by means of nonlinear finite element analysis. Under the circumstances of geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity, a static analysis is applied to the bellows w hich are loaded w ith axial, lateral, bending displacement and internal pressure. In the process of analysis the load condition is totally imitated. In this w ay the history of its deformat ion is described, so that buckling load is determined precisely. This method precisely describes the mechanical performance of U-shaped bellow s and provides an effect ive w ay for research and design stability of bellows.
