摘要:
文中通过对I -DEAS软件进行二次开发 ,实现复杂零件的参数化设计。分析了 2种参数化设计的方法 ,并比较其优缺点 ,采用将 2种方法相结合的技术措施 ,得到理想的参数化方法 ;建立了干扰器材子单元CAD系统 ,论述了系统的结构和构建过程 ,其中包括子单元零件的数据库和参数化模型库的建立 ,以及系统的接口处理。该CAD系统 ,通过运行实例 ,能满足参数化设计的基本要求 ,大大提高了子单元零件设计的速度和质量
Abstract:
This paper realizes parametric desig n of complex part s by further development in I- DEAS, analyses tw o means of paramet ric draw ings, and compares the advantages and disadvantages. A perfect parametric design method is obtained by combining the above methods. The paper establishes the inference equipment cells CAD system, and states the framew ork and const ructment process of the system along w ith the system’ s joint process. T he foundat ion of cell part s’ database and parametric model storeroom are included. T his CAD system can meet the basic requirement s of paramet ric draw ings by examples, and great ly improve the speed and qua-l ity of the cell parts design.
