摘要:
该文针对温度场对于变速箱系统的影响 ,建立了变速箱系统倒档工况的动力学分析仿真模型 ;应用有限元计算了箱体在不同温度下的变形 ;采用ADAMS软件分析了不同温度场下含间隙的齿轮系统的工作状况 ,并进一步分析了温度场对于整个变速箱系统的影响 ,为变速箱系统的设计提供了技术参考
Abstract:
The dynamic simulat ion models on the reverse condit ions transmission system are made based on the temperature field influencing the t ransmission system in the paper. The distortion of transmission case is calculated by finite element analysis in different temperature condit ions. The w orking condit ions of g ear system containing clearance are discussed using ADAMS sof tw are. The characteristics of temperature f ield influencing the transmission system are summarized, which provides technological reference for t ransmission system.
