摘要:
介绍利用大功率绝缘栅极晶体管 (IGBT)配合脉冲升压变压器组成的高精度高压脉冲电源。该电源利用复杂可编程逻辑器件 (CPLD)产生触发信号 ,通过微机、单片机、CPLD实现脉冲频率、脉冲宽度和脉冲个数的微机控制 ,且脉冲宽度能够以 1 μs步长增减 ,满足了脉冲电场非热效应处理技术应用的研究。
Abstract:
A high precise and high voltag e pulse generator made up of high-pow er IGBT and pulse t ransformer is proposed. It ut ilizes PC, MCU and Complex Programmable Logic Device ( CPLD) to generate t rigger signals. Pulse frequency, w idth and numbers of the high voltage pulse g enerator can be cont rolled by PC in some ranges. The power is very suitable for the research of non-thermal effect on pulsed electric fields, and can provide the increase and decrease of the pulse w idth by 1 .μs
