摘要:
针对脉冲激光在不同介质中的加工效率问题 ,分别以水和空气作为介质 ,对打孔效果和力学量测试这 2部分进行实验比较研究 ,就激光在 2种介质中的作用机理进行分析和研究。实验结果和理论分析表明 ,置于水中的靶材在激光作用下将受到烧蚀力和射流冲击力的作用 ,它们均在MPa量级 ;而在空气中靶材仅受到激光烧蚀力的作用 ,且水下烧蚀力幅值比空气中高 4 .5倍 ;激光在水中的加工效率明显优于空气
Abstract:
In view of the laser-processing ef ficiency in different media, the mechanisms of pulsed laser processing in air and w ater is analyzed on the ex perimental results of the processing ef fect and pressure detect ion. The result s show that material processed in w ater are impacted by both the laser-induced ablat ion and liquid-jet pressure due to the bubble collapse. Both are in MPa order. T he target in air is only acted by the ablation force that is 4. 5 t imes lower than that in w ater. The ef ficiency of laser processing in w ater is proved higher than that in air.
