摘要:
综述光纤布拉格光栅的传感机理 ,研制基于薄壁应变筒的光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器。该传感器力灵敏度高 ,同时又能实现温度补偿 ;其结构简单 ,易干工业化生产。对静态特性实验研究结果表明 ,该传感器系统具有比常规的压力传感器更优越的性能
Abstract:
The mechanism of f iber Bragg g rat ing sensing w as used to develop the f iber Bragg g rat ing pressure sensors based on thin-w all st rain canister are experimen tally studied. The pressure sensor is high sensit ivity and can serve the purpose of temperature compensat ion. Furthermore, the structure of the sensor is very simple and can be manufactured as industrialized product s. The paper carried out the experimental research on stat ic characteristic of the sensors. T he result show s that this pressure sensors performance is superior to conventional sensors.
