摘要:
在AgNO3 溶液中添加NaCl溶液 ,形成胶体悬浮液 ,利用化学沉积法制备胶体氯化银膜。在胶体氯化银膜表面分别添加大肠杆菌 (E .coli)和青霉菌 (penicilli um)孢子悬浮液 ,在近紫外条件下 ,研究胶体氯化银膜的抗菌性能和光催化特性。结果表明 ,胶体氯化银膜在近紫外条件下 ,能够产生大量的羟基自由基 ,对大肠杆菌和青霉菌显示了强大的杀菌特性。经聚氯乙烯 (PVC)固定的胶体氯化银膜 ,在低光强度下经连续 30个批次的光照杀菌 ,对大肠杆菌和青霉菌杀菌效果几乎没有变化 ,证明胶体氯化银膜在近紫外条件下的杀菌稳定性和实用性。
Abstract:
NaCl aqueous solut ion was added into AgNO3 solut ion to g enerate colloidal suspen sion, and colloidal AgCl f ilm w as prepared by chemical sedimentat ion. E. coli suspension and penicillium suspension w ere added onto the surface of colloidal AgCl film respect ively. Under near UV lig ht condit ion, characterization of antibacterial and photo cataly tic deg gradat ion of colloidal AgCl f ilm w as studied. The result s show ed that a g reat amount of hy drox yl radicals in aqueous solut ion produced by photochemical catalysis of colloidal AgCl f ilm under near U V light displayed a st rong antibacterial performance. Colloidal AgCl film immobilized by PVC did not affect the killing effects of E. coli and penicillium after it was illuminated under low light inten sity to kill about 30 batches of bacteria. The results conf irmed the sterilization stability and ap plicability of colloidal AgCl f ilm under the near UV light.
