摘要:
很多进口机械中应用了交错轴非渐开线变厚齿轮传动 ,目前国内在该领域的研究还是空白。为了在国内现有机床上实现交错轴非渐开线变厚齿轮的加工 ,必须对该种齿轮的齿形误差与齿向误差进行分析 ,这方面的研究国内外未见报道。该文基于空间啮合理论 ,利用微分几何方法首次对该种齿轮的齿形误差与齿向误差进行计算 ,并给出计算实例。计算结果表明 ,可通过轮齿修形实现该种齿轮的加工。
Abstract:
The noninvolute beveloid gears are widely used in many imported machines. But the research in this field is not yet studied in China. In order to achieve the fabricat ion of noninvolute beveloid gears with crossed axes by using the existing machine tools, the tooth profile errors and axial errors should be studied. But the research about these problems is not reported in public so far. Based on the space gear engagement theory, a new way to calculate the prof ile errors and axial errors is developed for the f irst time and a numerical example is presented. The results prove that this type of gears can be achieved by modifying the gear teeth.
