摘要:
该文采用原位合成的四羰基钴钠为催化剂 ,在温和条件下 ,通过氯乙酸乙酯的催化羰基化反应 ,高产率地合成了丙二酸二乙酯。讨论了反应温度、CO压力及碱性试剂对反应的影响 ,探讨了反应动力学及反应机理。结果表明 ,该法工艺路线简单 ,选择性好 ,无污染 ,是一种环境友好的新型合成路线。
Abstract:
Tetracarbonyl cobaltate sodium synthesized in situ was used as the catalyst for carbonylation of ethyl chloroacetate under mildness condit ion. Diethyl malonate were obtained in high selectivity and yields. Effects of reaction temperature, CO pressure and alkali reagent on react ion were discussed. Relative reaction kinetics and possible mechanism were also indicated. Carbonylat ion of ethyl chloroacetate is a pseudo-firs-t order react ion. The results show that this new simple technique has many advantages such as high selectivity, no pollution and environmental friendliness.
