摘要:
根据对发动机在实际使用和生产中的故障诊断与监测现状分析,该文拟开发一套基于声强识别的发动机智能化故障诊断与监测系统。通过对系统需求分析和设计原则的定义,给出了系统总体方案,分析了系统的工作原理,设计了系统数据处理、故障诊断以及控制软件,并对软件设计过程中的几个关键技术进行了讨论,包括知识库的设计与分析、智能化故障诊断模型的设计以及输入输出模式的描述等,为实现发动机智能化现场故障诊断提供了软硬件平台。
Abstract:
According to the status o f eng ine used, fault d iagnosed and inspected in production, a set of inte-l ligent fault d iagnosis and inspection system based on the sound intensity recogn ition was deve loped. Thewho le project was given and its principlew as stud ied systematica lly by analyzing the system requirements and def-i n ing the rules. The software to be used in processing data, diagnosing faults and controlling w as developed. Several key prob lems were d iscussed in the process of developing the so ftwares. The prob lems include know-l edge base establishmen,t the intelligent fault d iagnosismodel design and input /outputmode describption. The so ftware and hardware p latform is g iven for intelligent fault diagnosis for engine in practice.
