摘要:
该文以多种脂肪醇醚AEO3、AEO4、AEO7 和AEO9 合成了相应的脂肪醇醚羧酸钠产品AE3C、AE4C、AE7C和AE9C。实验发现,采用无机碱时,合成的优化工艺条件为∶反应物摩尔比n(脂肪醇醚)∶n(氯乙酸) =1∶1 3,反应温度为 100℃,反应时间 11h,质量产率可达 95 .4%。测定了产品的表面化学性能和应用性能。AEC与非离子表面活性剂AEO7 的表面张力相当,但AEC的临界胶束浓度远大于AEO7,AEC的胶束聚集数远小于AEO7。随着环氧乙烷数量的增加,AEC的发泡力和去污力随之增增加, 乳化力、润湿力则随之减弱。
Abstract:
Som e k inds of fatty a lcohol ether carboxy lates (AEC: C12H25O ( CH2CH2O) nCH2COONa, n = 3, 4, 7, 9) w ere synthesized in wh ich some k inds of fatty alcoho l ether ( AEO: C12H25O ( CH2CH2O ) nH, n= 3, 4, 7, 9) w ere used. The optimum reaction cond it ions w ere determ ined w ith n ( fatty a lcoho l ether) Bn ( ch loroacetic acid) = 1B113, at 100e , fo r 11 h, to atta in 9514% y ie ld. The surface properties o f different productsw erem easured. The results show thatAEC is as much as AEO7 in the surface tension, more than AEO7 in CMC and less than AEO7 inm icellar agg regation number and that all ofAEC s exhibit good foam ing and detergent and decrease in emulsificat ion and w ettingw ith the increasing number o f EO residue.
