摘要:
水阻力是影响水下枪械自动机运动规律的主要因素。因水阻力较难准确求得,可利用实验确定活动件(枪机)运动总阻力。具体方法为:由动力学测量系统测得活动件速度和气室压力;分析活动件的受力,建立动力学模型;以运动总阻力代替水平方向上的摩擦阻力和水阻力,获得各运动阶段的阻力-速度关系曲线;利用气室压力经验公式和阻力-速度关系曲线,对水下突击步枪进行初步的动力学分析,确定其构造型式及主要参数。结果表明这种以实验为基础的动力学分析方法是可行的.
Abstract:
Water resistance is a major factor affect ing the law of motion of the automatic mechanisms in underwater firearms. The total kinet ic resistance of a moving part( a firearm bolt) was acquired by experiment because water resistance was difficult to be got accurately. The method is described as follows: the velocity of the moving part and the gas chamber pressure were measured with a dynamic test measurement system; a dynamic model was built on force analysis of the moving part; the total kinetic resistance replaced the horizontal frict ion and water resistance; then the resistance-velocity relation curves at moving stages were obtained; with the empirical formula of the gas chamber pressure and the resistance-velocity relat ion curves, the preliminary dynamic characteristics were analyzed and the structural form and key parameters of an underwater assault rifle were determined. The results show that the proposed method for dynamic analysis based on experiment is feasible.
