摘要:
为提高车辆自动化焊接的水平,替代目前机器人示教再现的编程方式,自主开发了基于某车辆焊接的弧焊机器人离线编程系统———VWROBCAM。VWROBCAM是基于面向对象的思想,采用图形工具OpenGL在Visual C++环境下开发的离线编程系统。该系统实现了车辆三维焊接零件的参数化自动造型及焊接特征设计,基于COM接口技术实现了焊缝特征信息提取,基于OLE技术实现大型机器人工作站仿真环境与车辆的三维CAD无缝集成及机器人焊接过程计算机图形仿真。
Abstract:
To improve the level of automat ion welding of vehicle and to replace the previous teach and play way of robot, a CAD-based of-f line programming system of arc welding robots in vehicle (VWROBCAM) is developed by OpenGL and Visual C+ + programming toolkit based on OOP(Orient object program) .A 3-D feature-based automatic modeling for vehicle is built. The characteristic informat ion of weld is recognised by the interface of COM. The vehicle-based 3-D CAD graphics is integrated to CAM simulation environment of robot station by OLE (Object linked embedmen) . The system is realised and tested by graphics simulat ion of executing vehicle-based welding process.
