摘要:
采用柠檬酸盐法合成了La_0.6Sr_0.4 Co_ 0.2 Fe_ 0.8 O_3-δ(LSCF6428)粉体材料。经XRD分析凝胶在1 100℃煅烧时,转变为正交钙钛矿结构的纯相产物,与固相反应法采用1 250℃的烧结温度相比,柠檬酸盐法能有效降低粉体的烧结温度。实验结果表明,在500~700℃中温范围内,LSCF6428样品在空气气氛中的电导率均超过了100 S.cm-1,且随温度的升高,样品的电导率在500℃附近出现极值,达到100 S.cm-1。其导电机理可以用p型小极化子绝热空隙理论来解释。
Abstract:
La_0.6Sr_0.4 Co_ 0.2 Fe_ 0.8 O_3-δ perovskite-type powder w as prepared by the citrate method. The crysta l structure of syn thesized pow ders w as exam ined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) . The influence o f temperature on the e lectrica l conductivities in airw as detected. XRD resu lt show s the pure o rthorhombic perovsk ite phase w as formed after gel calcined at 1 100e w ithout detect ion o f impure phase. Compared w ith the 1 250e sintering temperature by solid phase reaction, the c itratem ethod deg rades the sintering temperature effective ly. B etw een the room temperature and 900e , the electrica l conduct iv it ies o f the samp le increase w ith temperature up to the max imum about 255 S# cm- 1 near 500e and then decrease. E spec ially in the range o f inter-mediate temperature ( from 500e to 700e ), all the e lectrica l conductiv ities are higher than 100 S# cm- 1. The conduct ion mechan ism are attributed to the adiabatic-hopping o f p-type small po larons.
