摘要:
该文以高压工程应用如人造水晶为背景,为解决析出结晶影响压力测量的问题,设计了以溅射式锰铜箔片为弹性元件的准静态高压传感器,较之线圈式锰铜压力传感器,该新型传感器具有响应可靠,适应环境能力强的优点。采用了筒紧加自紧处理的的筒体结构,提出了该结构的弹性强度计算公式,设计了引出导线的密封结构,研究确定了预灌装的承压介质,进行了该新型传感器的性能试验,得到了主要的静态性能指标。
Abstract:
For the so lut ion of the influence of pressure measurem ent by crystal deposit ion, a quas-i statica l fo i-l like mangan in sensor for high pressure measurement is designed. Compared w ith the co i-l likem angan in sensor, this mangan in senso r has the advantage of re liable response and good environmenta l adaptation. A doub le-layer cylinder of shrink and auto fre ttage is used and the computed formula o f elastic strength is derivated. A sea led structure of leadthroughs is designed. A pre-bo-t t ling liqu id med ium is determ ined. An experiment on them angan in senso r characteristics is proceeded. M ain statica l index is obtained.
