摘要:
该文针对火炮发射时高温高压火药气体瞬态冲击作用对复合材料身管的影响,进行复合材料身管三维瞬态热结构耦合分析。基于有限元分析方法(FEM),建立了复合材料身管三维有限元模型;采用直接耦合法进行求解,获得复合材料身管在发射条件下温度场和身管动态应力的变化规律。分析结果表明:高温高压的火药气体引起较大的瞬间热应力,这种瞬间热冲击对身管金属内衬的强度影响很大。
Abstract:
In order to study the influence of the transient impact of powder gas with high temperature and high pressure on the composite  material barre,l a three-dimensional transient thermo-structure coupling analysis is conducted. The3-Danalys is model of  the composite material barrel is established byusing finiteele mentmethod. The direct coupling analys is isemployedasa solving strategy. The variationre gularity of the temperature field and dynamics tress field of the compositematerialbarrel on firing is obtained. The results show that the powder gas with high temperature causes large transient thermal stress and thetransient  thermal impact in fluences the linear strengthobviously.
