摘要:
该文设计了一种新型空气轴承。建立了弹性环形薄板的有限差分数值计算模型。设计了含有均压槽气体润滑轴承的计算模型和弹性环形薄板的有限差分数值计算模型的耦合计算过程。探索了用多重网格法求解四阶偏微分方程(弹性薄板变形控制方程)的迭代过程,取得成功。对新型气体静压推力轴承的环形弹性均压槽弹性变形的检测结果表明:均压槽的宽度、深度都能随设计压力的改变产生满足控制要求的尺度变化,表明这种结构的设计、制造和检测都是成功的。
Abstract:
A method of design ing a new bearing system is presented. The f inite difference computat ionmode l of the elastic membrane is established. The coup ling computat ion process is designed for the computat ion model o f the aerostatic bear ing w ith pressure groove and the finite d ifference computationmode l of the e lasticmembrane. The iterat ive process to so lve the fourth-order partial different ial equations ( e lastic m embrane deformed govern ing equat ion ) is exp lo red successfu lly w ith the mult-i g rid method. The experim enta l resu lts show: Thew idth and depth of annu larmembrane o f the bearing changesw ith the designed a ir pressure tom eet the control requ irements. The resu lts ind icate that the design, machin ing and test of the new structure are satisfacto ry and successful.
