摘要:
针对爆轰法制备的纳米金刚石的团聚问题,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、Raman光谱、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子顺磁共振(EPR)、热重(TG)、红外光谱(IR)等分析手段对纳米金刚石的结构和性质进行研究,认为范德华力作用、氢键、脱水反应、自由基湮灭和微晶共生是导致纳米金刚石团聚的因素,并在此基础上提出了纳米金刚石团聚的基本模型。
Abstract:
A im ing to the aggregation of nano-diamond synthesized by explosive detonat ion, the structure of nano-diamond is studied by X-ray diffract ion ( XRD), Raman spectroscopy, transm ission electron m icroscope ( TEM ) , scanning e lectron m icroscope ( SEM ) , electron paramagnet ic resonance ( EPR) , therma l grav ity ana lysis ( TG) and infrared spectroscopy ( IR ). The aggregation mechanism of nano-d iamond is also discussed. The resu lts show thatV an derWaals. force, hydrogen-bond, dehydration react ion, annihilation of free-radical and cocrystalline o fm icro-crysta llites are the causes for aggregation of nano-d iamond. In addition, amodel of aggregation of nano-diamond is proposed.
