摘要:
为探索在制造系统重组过程中,如何根据生产任务选择合适的设备,该文首先结合实际情况,提出了1套设备选择评价体系。考虑到判断信息的模糊性,应用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,针对定性指标和定量指标,采用不同的方法确定其属于合适评价等级的隶属度。在模糊综合评价过程中,由于模糊算子对信息的取舍均带有一定的倾向性,为抑制其偏激,首先分别采用5种模糊算子进行综合评价,然后根据评价的结果,将可信度较高的3种模糊算子所得的结果加权平均,作为最终评价结果,以提高评价结果的可靠性。实例研究证实:该文所提出的方法能够有效简
Abstract:
In order to put forw ard an effic ient w ay to select the most appropriate mach ine tools among the alternative acco rd ing to the product ion task, the paper constructs a comprehensive eva luat ionmode l for m ach ine tool se lection. Fuzzy analyt ic hierarchy process is used to determ ine the w e ight of the criteria on accoun t o f the fuzziness o f the information. The d ifferent w ays to determ ine the membership o f the alternative w ith respect to qua litat ive and quant itat ive criteria are d iscussed respective ly. D ifferent fuzzy operator represents different in format ion hand ling principles. If one a-l gorithm is used, som e informa tion is lost and deviat ion is inevitab le. In the paper, a two-grade fuzzy synthetic eva luation system is developed, wh ich can decrease the dev iation g reat ly. In the process o f the eva luation, f ive different fuzzy a lgorithms are used to eva luate the a lterna tive synthet ically, and their reliab ilities are o rdered accord ing to the principle of least squares method. Three fuzzy algorithm sw h ich have higher reliabilit ies are se lected, and the ir results are synthesized w ith a simple w e ighted addition to improve the re liab ility o f the eva luation. The e ffectiveness o f the w ay is demonstrated by an example.
