摘要:
通过数值求解对多孔火药燃烧过程中的传热规律及热力学特性进行了研究。利用有限差分法,通过对边界条件不规则的多孔火药模型进行非结构划分,利用离散边界条件的方法计算了目前广泛使用的七孔火药颗粒的燃烧特性,得到了温度场分布的规律。利用颗粒内部温度的分布,根据火药颗粒热应力主要以正应力为主的特性,给出了颗粒内部周向和径向应力矢量和的分布结果,为多孔火药的燃烧规律和破碎机理提供了理论基础。
Abstract:
The heat conduction and mechanics characteristic of multi-perforated propellants are studied by the numerical calculation.Utilizing the finite-difference method,the multi-perforated propellant model with irregular boundary conditions is meshed by non-structural grid.The distribution of temperature field and combustion property of seven-perforated propellants is gained by segregating boundary conditions.Considering that the direct stress is the main form for the thermal stress of propellants,the distribution of radial and axial stress of the propellants is obtained by the distribution of the propellant temperature,and the theoretical foundation is supplied for combustion and crushing mechanism of multi-perforated propellants.
