摘要:
为了研究高速降压对底排装置工作稳定性的影响,采用模拟实验装置和高速录像系统,对复合底排药剂(AP/HTPB)瞬态降压下的燃烧行为进行了系统研究。实验表明:复合底排药剂在瞬态扰动下的燃烧行为分为:二次点火复燃、振荡燃烧和永久熄灭3种情况。决定这些行为特性的核心因素是降压前的初始压力和降压速率。应用非稳态燃烧理论,推导了底排瞬变燃烧条件下燃气流动特征时间计算公式。
Abstract:
To study the combustion stability of base bleed unit under rapid depressurization,a simulating test equipment and a high-speed digital video recorder are used in the systematic researches of combustion of composite base bleed charge(AP/HTPB) under instantaneous depressurization.The results show that the instantaneous combustion can be classified into three categories,i.e.reignition,oscillation combustion,and irreversible extinguishment.The initial pressure and the depressurization velocity are the core factors that determine the combustion characteristics of composite base bleed charge.Based on the results,the characteristic time formulation of combustion gas is conducted by unsteady combustion system.
