摘要:
采用生物滴滤塔对含苯挥发性有机废气进行连续处理试验研究。考察了进气浓度和填料高度对含苯气体去除效果的影响及试验过程中压力损失的变化。试验结果表明:当挥发性有机物(VOCs)进气浓度为467 mg/m3时,去除率为97.55%;苯进气浓度为100 mg/m3时,去除率为45%。随着滴滤塔填料高度的增加,VOCs和苯去除率逐渐提高。试验初期与试验末期的压力损失分别为63.74 Pa和140.24 Pa。
Abstract:
A lab-scale removal experiment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) containing benzene is carried out continuously by using a biotrickling filter.The effect of inlet concentration and carrier height on the removal efficiency and the change of the pressure drop are investigated.The results show that the maximum removal efficiency of VOCs is 97.55% when the inlet concentration is 467 mg/m3.The removal efficiency of benzene is 45% when the inlet concentration is 100 mg/m3.The removal efficiency of VOCs and benzene increases gradually with the increasing carrier height.The pressure drop of the biotrickling filter is 63.74 Pa and 140.24 Pa respectively at the initial and ultimate experiment stage.
