摘要:
为检测高膛压火炮膛内弹丸运动加速度的时间变化规律,该文依据性能较优的电容式微型加速度计的测量原理,提出了一种高过载微型加速度计的结构设计方案,其弹性元件的动极板采用多根直梁支撑的形式,建立了该弹性元件的力学模型,并进行了有限元模拟。结果表明:该微型加速度计的量程为1.33×105g,具有较好的抗过载能力,加速度计弹性元件的固有频率约为250 kHz。
Abstract:
To test the time change law of motion acceleration of projectiles in high pressure gun,a structure design of high-g micro accelerometer is proposed according to the measurement principle of capacitive micro accelerometers with optimum performance.The movable electrode of elastic components is supported by many straight beams.The mechanics modeling and the finite element simulation of the elastic components of accelerometers are made.The results demonstrate that the range of accelerometers is 1.33×105g,and it has preferable anti-overload capability.The inherent frequency of accelerometer elastic elements is about 250 kHz.
