摘要:
为探索提高整装式液体发射药燃烧稳定性的控制方法,该文设计了圆柱形与多级渐扩型圆柱观察室,采用高速录像系统,进行了高速燃气射流在液体模拟工质中扩展与湍流掺混过程的实验研究。实验结果表明:多级渐扩型燃烧室结构可增强射流的径向扩展,降低射流扩展过程的随机性,有效改善气液混合特性;射流扩展过程与观察室的渐扩尺寸及射流强度有关,通过参数的合理匹配,可以在一定程度上实现对射流膨胀过程的控制,从而提高燃烧过程的稳定性。
Abstract:
To explore the controll method for improving the combustion stability of bulk-loaded liquid propellant,cylindrical and stepped-wall chambers are designed here.Experimental study on the expanding and turbulent mixing process of gas jets in simulative liquid is carried out by using a digital high-speed video camera.Experimental results indicate that the radial expansion of gas jet is intensified in the stepped-wall chamber,the random of the expanding process is decreased and the gas-liquid mixture quality is improved effectively.The expanding process depends on the divergent geometry of the stepped-wall chamber and the jet strength.By matching these parameters,the jet expansion can be controlled in a certain extent,and the combustion stability can be improved.
