摘要:
针对激光探测系统的背景辐射和工作温度严重影响雪崩管(APD)电流增益和信噪比的问题,采用激光接收机噪声传递函数对APD进行了实时补偿。通过分析APD基本应用电路噪声模型及各补偿方法作用原理,提出不同环境中APD应采用特定补偿方法,并设计了一种基于开关电源功率开关管通断的实时温度补偿方法。对实时噪声、实时温度补偿在不同环境中的作用效果进行了对比实验,结果表明:在环境温度基本恒定的系统中,噪声补偿对背景光剧烈变化引起的输出噪声抑制效果显著;当背景光照度由3 lx突变为200 lx后,偏压由132 V调整至178V的响应时间约为10.4 ms;当背景光功率低且环境温度变化剧烈时,温度补偿对输出噪声具有较好的抑制效果,而噪声补偿效果欠佳;当环境温度由-20℃突变为80℃后,偏压由131 V调整至198 V的响应时间约为11.2 ms。
Abstract:
To solve the problem that the background radiation and operating temperature of laser detection system seriously affect the current gain and signal-noise-ratio(SNR)of avalanche photo diode(APD),the APD is compensated by using the noise transfer function of the laser receiver.The specific real-time compensation in real time on APD in various environments is presented by analyzing basic application circuit noise model of APD and operating principles of all compensations.A real-time compensation method is designed based on the on-off state of switch power switching tube.Comparative experiments are done on noise compensation and temperature compensation in different environments.The results show: in the laser detection system with constant environment operating temperature,the noise compensation has obvious inhibition effect to the APD output noise caused by the acute change of background light;when the illuminance of background light changes from 3 lx to 200 lx,the response time of bias changing from 132 V to 178 V is 10.4 ms;when the power background light is low and the environment temperature change is acute,the temperature compensation has obvious inhibition effect on the APD output noise,and the noise compensation has poor effect;when the environment temperature changes from-20 ℃ to 80 ℃,the response time of bias changing from 131 V to 198 V is 11.2 ms.
