摘要:
为了提高某微型轿车的转向性能,进行了电动助力转向系统( EPS) 控制策略的研究。针对微型轿车,设计了EPS 助力控制、回正控制和阻尼控制策略,利用MATLAB / Simulink 软件建立了EPS 控制系统模型; 运用MSC. ADAMS /CAR 建立带EPS 的微型轿车虚拟样机模型; 参照相关国家标准,采用联合仿真分析的方法进行了微型轿车的操纵稳定性仿真试验。仿真结果表明,加入EPS 控制的微型轿车转向轻便性和转向回正性能良好,所设计的EPS 控制系统提高了汽车的转向性能。
Abstract:
The electric power steering ( EPS) system control strategy is investigated to improve a minicar steering performance. The control strategy,which includes resisting control,return-to-center control and damping control,is designed; and an EPS control system model is built by using MATLAB / Simulink. The minicar with an EPS virtual model is established by MSC. ADAMS /CAR. According to the required national standards,the minicar handling and stability tests are conducted by a joint simulation. Simulation results show that the minicar equipped with the EPS achieves an excellent performance in terms of its steering effort and return ability. The EPS control system developed here improves the minicar handling ability and stability.
